Excellent service - ordered online on a Wednesday, notified of deivery date within hours and arch arrived Friday morning. Good quality arch, representing good value for the price. Instruction sheet supplied is fairly poor, but construction is quite simple and straightforward.

The arch is well-made decent timber. Iam retired but worked with timber most of my life. Commercial motor trade, so I do have experiance. It came with no instructions, that is a big minus, I have been able to work out where the top sections go by looking at your web-site, but anyone who is not used to working with timber may struggle. The product is worth a 5, but the package i.e. no paperwork lets it down.
