Excellent product, price and service. I did erect it singlehanded with not too much trouble. Be a little careful if using an electric power driver to assemble - it is possible to strip the hex drive hole in the screws, especially the longer ones. Use low torque and then go by hand! We love the swing and have added this to the rest of our BillyOh garden collection. We especially appreciate the infinite adjustment in the hanging chains. Very comfortable!

We are very pleased with this product. It was delivered within a couple of days of ordering and we were sitting on it within the next day or two after that! It is a 2 person job to put it together but the effort was worth it. The removable canopy is a great addition. A good quality product that we encourage others to purchase.
