"After a couple of problems I am very pleased with my 3 seater bench. The problems were minor and were quickly and efficiently dealt with. The first bench was damaged and marked and was instantly replaced; the second was marked by its packaging. This problem was quickly and satisfactorily dealt with. I would suggest using ties that are neutral in colour - this will avoid an otherwise excellent product being marked.
I am now very pleased with my bench and very satisfied with the service I received. Thank you."
