I ordered a BillyOh Signature Lutyens bench on the 10/7/08 and received confirmation of the order the same day. May I congratulate you on the efficiency of your service, prompt delivery (the bench arrived this morning, 14/7/08, as promised) and the quality and value of the product. It took about 15 minutes to assemble, and with its new coat of oil it adds a look of quality to my garden. Thank you once again. I guarantee I shall be using your website in the future

I bought this bench for my parents, the delivery was extremely prompt which is always a bonus. They had no problems assembling it and are very happy with it. Excellent value for money

Excellent service, good communication about delivery, even though it was 7 in the morning when it arrived. The bench is well packaged and well made, although the wood is slightly thinner than I had expected. However for the price it is very good.

first class service. This product was purchased for a colleague leaving work. She lives in a very remote area but the bench arrived on time and according to the feedback from her it is 'brilliant'She was/is extremely well thought of by her work colleagues and now everytime she sits on the bench she will remember us. This was brought for my Dad for Xmas, and although it has yet to be put together, my Dad was over the moon with it. The delivery service was brilliant and the driver very helpful. Hopefully my Parfents will have many happy summers sitting on their bench.
