Firstly the product itself was delivered when they said it would be and is very good quality when you compare it to B&Q, Homebase and similar sellers of hardwood furniture. Secondly I needed a spare part, a screw which I ruined attaching the legs to the table top. I thought here we go, but no, I emailed the help desk and a week later a couple of spare screws arrived. The only advice I would give is do your research before you purchase and check the contents on delivery, otherwise all has worked out well."
