Had a slight problem with one of the chair,s and a clip for the table. but they sent out a replacement chair and clip for the table stright away.I am very happy with simply garden furiture I recently purchased. Fantastic service from the start, excellent quality and next day delivery, 2 cusions missing for the steamers purchased, informed them the next day and with no arguments replacements were sent the following day.

The table was delivered 2 days from order in perfect condition, they even managed to find a smaller van to deliver to the door of my house. Excellent service and superb furniture set.

Read some of the comments about this firm on the web before the order was placed and I am pleased to say this has been a pleasurable purchasing experience. Firstly the product itself was delivered when they said it would be and is very good quality when you compare it to B&Q, Homebase and similar sellers of hardwood furniture. Secondly I needed a spare part, a screw which I ruined attaching the legs to the table top. I thought here we go, but no, I emailed the help desk and a week later a couple of spare screws arrived. The only advice I would give is do your research before you purchase and check the contents on delivery, otherwise all has worked out well.

We have just received our furniture and we are more than pleased with the quality and appearance. It was very easy to assemble. We just need the summer now to enjoy it!
