Mad Dash Lollipop Max Tower Wooden Playhouse Including Floor

This adventurous and exciting wooden playhouse is a great childrens hideout and allows for a sheltered play area to be built underneath the tower. Ideal for maximising garden play space. The Lollipop Tower playhouse, based upon the popular Lollipop, will provide hours of fun and amusement for your children. This unusual model includes a Lollipop playhouse mounted on to a raised platform complete with 0.75m deep verandah and ladder. Actual playhouse dimensions excluding platform- 158cm (width) x 150cm (depth) x 115cm (eaves height) x 165cm (ridge height)

This play equipment should be supervised by an adult at all times during use

    Treatment

    To help during construction and transport to you the building has been pre-treated with a dipped, base coat, timber preservative treatment. To comply with the guarantee and finish the building in style, we recommend that a further treatment is carried out following construction, and thereafter on an annual basis, to prolong its life.

    The majority of buildings come with a factory pre-treated base coat which is fungal and weather resistant.

    Due to the pre-panel construction, assembly time compared to interlocking buildings of the same size is relatively quick and straight forward.

    Panel Buildings come with either Solid Sheet or pre-assembled Tongue & Groove floors. Tongue & Groove floors are more heavy duty and of a premium quality.

    Majority of Panel Buildings come complete with roofing felt at no extra charge.

    All buildings come with screws, glazing (where applicable) and ironmongery required for assembly

    Each building comes with stage by stage instructions, with individual part identification.

    This product has been been designed and made by us in the UK with pride.

    "I was abit aprihensive about buying this product as i thought it sounded too good to be true but i was definatly right to buy it as it is absolutly amazing and great value for money . when i rang to order the tower playhouse the staff on the phone were so helpfull polite and very friendly. The delivery was very fast and the comapany kept intouch with me about the delivery with phone calls and emails. the item arrived fist thing on the morning which i was very pleased at and the man who unloaded it was very helpful. It took my husband about 6 hours to put it together on his own in the cold i had to help holding the sides but went together really well . i would say buy some smaller tacs to nail the felt to the roof as the nails go right through and you dont want nails in your kids heads . its been snowing so my kids aint been in it yet but they are dying to get in it , it was bought as a xmas preasant for my 7,5,and 2 year old . They are well pleased with it so are me and my husband . I would definatly recomend this product to anyone . "
