BillyOh Lucia Summerhouse overview
The Lucia Summerhouse from BillyOh has a sturdy compact design that fits unobtrusively into your garden. Create your own little haven of tranquillity with this stylish and traditional summerhouse. The perfect choice for a hobby room or a place to relax and unwind.
Construction
Constructed using Tongue and Groove cladding for the walls with thick framing and solid sheet material for the roof and floors to ensure that this beautiful summerhouse will be with you for many years to come.
Features
The summerhouse features wide styrene semi glazed double doors. A generous amount of light is able to enter the building from the 4 fixed styrene glazed windows which feature on the front and side elevations of the building. The building also features an optional stylish verandah.
Treatment
To help during construction and transport to you the building has been pre-treated with a dipped, base coat, timber preservative treatment. To comply with the guarantee and finish the building in style, we recommend that a further treatment is carried out following construction, and thereafter on an annual basis, to prolong its life.
Two fixed windows and part glazed doors give the interior a light and airy feel, making it the ideal place to relax on a balmy summer evening.

Easy Assembly and Maintenance
Full Self-assembly instructions are supplied with your order along with all the required fixtures and fittings.To provide protection during transportation and construction the Lucia Summerhouse is pre-treated with a water based timber treatment for protection against the elements. We recommend you re-treat the building following construction with a high quality preservative for maximum durability. Please note: The main image shows the 7' x 7' including verandah, the 7' x 5' model does not include the verandah as shown in the other image.

o very very happy with my summer house..never out it.....pals are round all the time and the laughs we have......very easy to build and looks great...would reccommend it to my friends and family...
Overall a good summer house for our garden - relatively easy to assemble, only a couple of minor niggles - the instructions for the roof boards give inncorrect measurements for the placement of the middle purlins, these had to removed and replaced. Also two of the window panes were the incorrect size, fortunately they were too big so I was able to cut them to size. Despite these minor niggles it is a good quality Summerhouse at a good price.
GREAT VALUE AND LOVELY DESIGN.IT IS THE 2ND LUCIA I HAVE BROUGHT FROM YOU.DELIVERY WAS VERY GOOD AND THE PEOPLE WHO DELIVERED VERY FRIENDLY.WE DO HAVE A PROBLEM THO.SOME OF THE DOWNRIGHT WOOD PANELS ARE WARPED AND WE ARE HAVING DIFFICULTY SECURING THEM WITHOUT THEM SNAPPING.WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND HOWEVER THE SHED DESPITE THIS.THANKYOU.

- A: We recommend that all of our buildings are built on a flat and level ground, preferably concrete or pathing slabs.
- Q: does item come with lockable door
- A: It comes with a lockable door.
- Q: is it possible to have any summerhouse/shed erected by you.and why does thioservice cost so much mo re than the actual shed
- A: Unfortunately we are unable to offer an assembly service but they do come in panels so each side is already assembled, all you would need to do is just put the panels together. Thank you.
