I have just recently lost three and a half stone and needed something to help me firm up. I don't like the thought of the gym so the next best thing was to buy myself a rower and by having the rower in the lounge i can use it when watching my favourite TV programme which is a double bonus. My teenage kids are also getting good use out of it as well so this is a great all rounder with my family.

Well worth the wait and easy to assemble, a good quality machine and I would recommend it to anyone thinking of buying a rower.

This rowing machine is absolutely brilliant... I advise everyone to buy it and will definately be recommending it to people. I have to be honest, part of me was presuming that for such a low price, it would be of poor quality and not give a good work out... but i was very wrong! I am of slim build however do no exercise what so ever in my life, so was looking to start off lightly and increase my fitness levels gradually. This rower was ideal for me. I was expecting it to be either too heavy of a work out for me, or not hard enough, but this was not the case. My partner is the opposite to me and it very physically fit and the rower provides an excellent work out for him too. The resistance can be changed to make it harder or lighter which is a really good idea to change your workout. It was quite easy to put together, which is very handy. It doesn't make much noise either, it's very quiet, the only noise you hear is the beep counting how many lengths you have done, where as some exercise machines are really noisy and can be disruptive. This rower isn't too big either, some machines are really bulky and can get in the way, but this machine isn't like that at all. The seat is comfortable and the foot stirrups alter to fit shoes of nearly all sizes. An all round excellent machine, good to tone up and lose weight. An excellent price, excellent quality.
